Propane
Propane Delivery You Can Rely On
As your local propane delivery company, Pro Gas is here to make sure you have the fuel you need, when you need it. Customers count on us for friendly service, honest communication and reliable deliveries they can plan around. Whether we are filling a ranch tank, a home tank or delivering to a business, our goal is to give you the kind of memorable customer service you feel good recommending to your friends and neighbors.
Will Call and Keep Full
You have two options for propane delivery:
Will Call
With Will Call, you contact us when you need propane delivered. Please allow 7 to 10 days for scheduling deliveries so we can plan efficient routes and help keep your price as competitive as possible. We request that all Will Call customers place an order by the time the tank is at 20 percent to allow time to schedule and deliver before you run out.
Keep Full with a Tank Monitor
Keep Full is our automatic delivery option. Your tank is fitted with an Otodata tank monitor and your deliveries are scheduled automatically when the tank level reaches around 30 percent or lower. This option provides extra peace of mind because Pro Gas tracks your tank level and dispatches a delivery so you do not have to remember to call.
Tank monitors are installed on new tanks and all tank rentals that are set up on Keep Full service. Otodata sends information to us and to your phone via their NeeVo mobile app. There is no limit to the number of phones or people at your residence or business who can download the app and keep an eye on tank levels from anywhere.

“We have been happy with their service for 4 years now. Always helpful and friendly. They have gone above and beyond for us a couple of times! I highly recommend them.”

“Oops, I Ran Out of Propane!”
If you run out of propane completely, safety comes first. Leak tests are required under strict guidelines that help keep propane a safe fuel for everyone.
A leak or pressure test is required any time there is an out of gas situation before delivery can be made again. This test must be performed by a licensed, qualified professional to make sure your system is safe and ready to use.
There may be additional fees associated with running out of gas:
- During business hours: $125 out of gas charge
- After hours and weekends: $300 out of gas charge
Re-route and rush fees may apply if a special trip is needed outside normal routing.
